• Obituary. John W. Kuchar, Sr.

Age 91, of 10981 Henderson Rd. died Wednesday, March 9, 1983 at the Pleasant View.
Mr. Kuchar was a farmer his entire life.
Funeral service will be held at the St. Robert's Catholic Church, Flushing Saturday at 10 a.m. The Reverand Father Michael Kuchar will officiate with burial in St. Robert's Cemetery. Scripture services will be Friday evening, 7:30 p.m. at the Rossell Funeral Home, Flushing.
Mr. Kuchar was born in Czechoslovakia on April 22 1891 the son of Frank and Magdeline Kuchar. He married Agnes K. Mikulcik at St. Paul Catholic Church in Owosso on Aug. 25, 1912. Mr. Kuchar was a member of the St. Robert's Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife, Agnes; 5 sons, John A., Bill and Frank all of New Lothrop, Sam of Owosso, Jerry of Chesaning; 4 daughters, Mrs. Ted (Mary) Beldyga of Chesaning, Mrs. Walter (Helen) Praski of Corunna, Mrs. George (Mildred) Colse of Daggett, Mrs. Merton (Agnes) Galecka of Ovid; 51 Grandchildren; 60 great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Agnes Caudy of St. Johns; many nieces and nephews. Mr. Kuchar was predeceased by a son, Robert, in 1942.
