Anna Maria
Although her maiden name is not known for sure, one guess is that it might have been Klein. There was an Anna Maria Klein born on 14 Feb 1702 in the village of Arft to Johann Klein and Sophia. Anna married Peter Fuchs, son of Johann Michael Fuchs and Catharina Servatius, about 1722. (Peter Fuchs was born on 23 Feb 1701 in Langenfeld, Bishopric of Trier, Eifel land, German Empire, baptized on 24 Feb 1701 in Langenfeld - Saint Quirinus Catholic Church, , , Germany, died before 1772 in Langenfeld, , , Germany and was buried in Langenfeld - Saint Quirinus Cemetery, , , Germany.)
Although not much is known about Peter and Anna Maria, they are well represented by their descendants in Michigan communities of Westphalia, Fowler, Pewamo, Saint Johns, Beal City and Lansing. All of the Kloeckners, Viduas (Fedewa), Pasches, Spitzleys and Schomisches that came to Westphalia, Michigan in the 1840s and 1850s are their descendants. |
